Our Simple System:
We Have No System!
The needs of each athlete vary obviously, as well as the conditions of their sport. So to have a single process would be the best way to secure a loss. This is why we feature completely personalized program for our athletes depending on their needs.
Saying this however we have a 5 keys areas that we will help athletes with:
STRENGTH I POWER I CONDITONING I
NUTRITION I PREHAB
However, we also have a number of elements (Combat Readiness Elements CRE) that ALL our athletes will encounter. For more information on those, continue to scroll down.
STRENGTH
POWER

What We Do NOT Do At FITE
At FITE we stay within our professional experience and the place where we find the most success where we can help both amateur and professional athletes best. So areas that we do not focus on are:
INJURY REHAB I PHYSIOTHERAPY
COMBAT SKILLS TECHNIQUE: ie Striking, Grappling, etc.
At FITE we do what we do best, and we provide services and training that will benefit your general physical preparedness and sports specific conditioning elements. However ALL our FITE: PRO programs include our FITE Combat Readiness Elements (CRE) below in addition to your personalised conditioning / strength program.

FITE: Combat Readiness Elements
FITE: FLO
"The bamboo that bends is stronger than the oak that resists",
and we believe that all combat athletes need to have the atributes of bamboo, being able to bend and bow, but never break, and mobility flexibility, and breathe is a deep aspect of our training protocols always.
FITE: EVADE
The fighter who can take a hit is good, but the fighter who can avoid those hits while delivering his/her own is better. And at FITE we only focus on true agility training, and you won't find any ladder drills or dancing step practice at FITE!
Our Agile 3 Rules: Sense - Adapt - React
FITE: RECOVER
Some say there is no over training, only under recovery. While we don't agree with this, we do have all athletes respect their recovery and we have some very excellent recovery techniques at our disposal.
